Missing 6 items on my lorder

I recently tried to contact the company regarding the items that were missing and not getting a call back. When I try to file a claim through the website, it tells me that my order number does not exist. Frustrated

I wasn’t sure how much I was going to like this product, but I really enjoyed it. My partner and I both tasted it and we’re in agreement it’s one of our favorites from the shop. I will say, I was surprised by the size of a freeze dried taffy vs regular taffy.
